I am a research manager at Accenture Technology Labs, working on cybersecurity research projects in the area of secure industrial internet. I have earned my PhD in computer engineering from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Texas A&M University. My research interests are Wireless Mesh and Sensor Networks, Intrusion Detection Systems, and Cyber Physical Systems. During my PhD studies, I was a member of LENSS research group under the supervision of Dr. Radu Stoleru. I am currently working on optimization methods for intrusion detection in resource-constrained wireless networks such as mesh and sensor networks. 

Before starting my PhD, I was a lecturer in the Computer Engineering Department of Shahid Chamran UniversityAhvaz (my hometown), Iran, teaching undergraduate courses and advising/co-advising undergraduate research projects. I have graduated with an M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Department of Computer Engineering and Information TechnologyAmirkabir university (Tehran Polytechnic) under supervision of Dr. Babak Sadeghiyan. As my master thesis, I worked on data correlation methods for intrusion detection systems.
